Achari America Yatra is a romantic entertainer that is high on comedy and action quotient. The movie is directed by the comedy entertainers specialist Nageswara Reddy who earlier teamed up with Vishnu for the films like Dhenikaina Ready and Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam. The maximum portion of the film was shot in the USA and after  multiple postponements, the movie has been waiting for its release for quite some time, finally released in the theatres today.

Achari(Vishnu) and his group of pundits get into a tussle during one of their puja ceremony involving Pradeep Rawat and his gang. Scared that the bad guys will kill them, Achari tricks his Guru (Brahmanandam) into taking a group trip to the US. After a while, things are revealed in such a way it was Achari who willingly brought everyone to America with a plan. What happens then is going to be interesting and it forms the crux of the story.

Manchu Vishnu has played a similar kind of role in the past. Yet again, he has portrayed his part very well and impressed one and all. Brahmanandam also played his part very well in the film and impressed everyone. Pragya Jaiswal appears beautiful. However, the movie’s plot appears to be silly with logicless scenes. The film also has a poor screenplay. AAY  is yet another outdated comedy which has nothing new to offer. All those who love Manchu Vishnu and Brahmanandam’s chemistry can give this film a shot. But the rest can keep their options open this weekend.
